3/11/2024 0 Comments Pay my at t landline phone bill![]() Both are on the same bill, associated with my parents' address. In light of all of that, I suppose I did title this post incorrectly - it's not the dsl landline portion of the bill that I need to access, it's the wireless. I don't know what AT&T did, but it wasn't that. We've been trying to get the wireless portion of the bill straightened out for several months now - my brother is in the military, and both his and his wife's lines were supposed to be cancelled while he's deployed overseas. I calculate each of our parts on the bill each month for this reason - the taxes especially seem to fluctuate for who knows what reason. ![]() The local utility company is adding fiber coverage, but that's not planned for another year, at least.Īs for why it's not on autopay - two reasons there - 1) it's not my bank account the money comes out of, it's my parents, and it's ultimately up to them as to whether they want it setup for autopay or not, but given that they've had issues with autopay payments in the past, they prefer to pay on their schedule and 2) AT&T seems to love to change our wireless bill whenever it suits them, which is just another reason my brother and I are planning to switch carriers. We've explored wireless options, but no, the cellular coverage for all carriers is extremely spotty. If AT&T can't find a solution, my brother and I have already been discussing taking our business elsewhere - to a company that doesn't make it impossible for a customer to manage their own have absolutely been looking for better options - they live in a very, very rural area, and the DSL landline has been their only option for years. Being unable to access the bill online to view and confirm the charges is extremely frustrating, and the fact that we're paying 300+ for only makes it worse. They only have the DSL line, which is tied to the same billing address as the family wireless plan. Does AT&T have a solution to this problem that doesn't involve us combining user ids? As I mentioned before, they reside at a completely different address, and besides having our family on a family wireless plan, we have separate services. I've had this problem in the past, and was able to resolve it by clearing cookies/cache and accessing the site via incognito mode. They reside at a completely separate address. They have their own user id for accessing the account, and I have my own user id for my own services. I do get prompted for the passcode on the app. Normally, when logging into the site to access their account and pay the bill, I am prompted for a passcode - I have not been getting that prompt via chrome on my chromebook. I've had to resort to paying the bill via the MyAT&T app, but even via the app, the bill itself is inaccessible. Recently, I've been unable to access their bill to view it or pay it. Discuss your options with the payment issuer and resubmit your payment to us.I have to pay my parents' internet and our combined wireless phone bill for my parents, due primarily to the fact that they only have 3Mb DSL, and the att site is completely inaccessible to them.
